The study aims to qualitatively evaluate the presence of favoring fatty liver disease changes in the liver histology as well as descriptively compare blood lipid profile levels of male Sprague-Dawley rats fed with a normal diet and high fat diet upon treatment of Circulan. 36 male, 6 months old, Sprague-Dawley rats were utilized in this study which were randomly assigned to six groups each with 6 rats. The first three groups were fed with normal diet, one group was just orally gavaged with plain corn oil which served as a negative control group, while the other two with different dosages of Circulan 4 in 1.
