The research explored the extent of the effect, if any, of involvement in extra-curricular activities on the employability and employment-seeking success of De La Salle University graduates. Common belief is that involvement in these activities increases ones marketability and propensity to be hired. Using convenience and snowball sampling, the researchers surveyed 50 Business Management graduates to determine their involvement in extra-curricular activities and their transition to the labor market.
