This action research project addresses the issue of ineffective communication among our management team that affects our operations and interpersonal relationships. The main goal is to improve effectiveness and efficiency in communication in our startup company. By using frameworks on business communication that discusses communication challenges of management teams, we were able to understand the issues present in our team that we needed to address. We analyzed our communication needs and aligned them with the tools that were available to us. We also adapted systematic procedures in management of meetings to improve the efficiency of our face-to-face meetings.
