This action research (AR) aimed to address the health risks faced by the employees in the Data and Reports Division II (DRD II) of the Supervisory Data Center (SDC), Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), due to the inhalation of paper dusts from excessive paper materials in the workplace environment. In pursuit of the aforementioned, the AR focused on reducing the papers within the workplace of DRD II.
