This study describes the design and characterization of an Instrumentation Amplifier (IA) that intended to work in different corner libraries in 0.35 um CMOS technology at 1.5 V supply with high CMRR value of up to 90dB by using the 3-opamp configuration of instrumentation amplifier and bandgap voltage reference as a biasing circuit of the 3 opamps. The total power dissipation of the IA is 6 mW capable of operating in frequency ranges from 0.01 to 250 Hz suited for ECG application uses. The design use Tanner tool for characterization and implementation of the IA
