This study aimed at assessing the human resource management practices of selected income-generating institutions servicing the AFP in terms of their attracting, developing and maintaining a quality workforce practices. Nineteen income-generating institutions composed of five savings and loan associations, eleven cooperatives and three other institutions were chosen as respondents.
