A new furanoid diterpene and a known sesquiterpene from Caesalpinia pulcherrima

A new cassane type furanoid diterpene, isovouacapenol E (CB-41) and a known sesquiterpene, caryophyllene oxide (CB-47) were isolated from the leaves of Caesalpinia pulcherrima.
