This thesis produces a paper counter that can improve the paper counting process but not as costly as the available commercial paper counting machines. The technology that has been used in completing the product design and analysis in this study is the CATIA package, high end CAE/CAD/CAM software. The GibbsCam package is used in part programming that generates Numeric Codes used in communicating with the CNC machine tools. The CNC milling and turning machine tools are used in fabricating different components of paper counter because of its speed and accuracy.
