With De La Salle University-Manila student leaders from SY 1990-2000, this study describes academic performance and involvement in extra-curricular activities as predictors of job satisfaction. Specifically, this study describes the profiles of the student leaders, in terms of their position in the organization, current salary and the nature of industry that they are in. Finally, the study determines the predictors of job satisfaction in terms of their academic performance through their Commulative Grade Point Averages and involvement in extra-curricular activities through their leadership ratings.
