The study identifies lay administrator\u27s training needs and priorities as perceived by the school directors, directresses, administrators, and teachers, to determine whether there is a significant difference in the perception of respondents, as to the extent of the need for training by lay administrators and to develop a proposed development program for the administrators of the Diocesan Schools in Kabankalan, Negros Occidental.
