The author in this practicum project undergoes training at the Pilipino Telephone Corporation, a full-fledged telecommunications company with business interests in cellular, paging and landline communications. The author sets out to improve on the existing course curriculum for the Mobile Cadet Program, and at the same time, develop a training program that can benefit the academe. The author came out with a program centered on four issues: 1. Network Components 2. Call Processing 3. Frequency Management 4. Digital Cellular.
