This study aims to develop a more comprehensive faculty development program for the Basic Education Department (BED) of CIC-Cebu, to help improve teaching competence and student learning. It made use of the descriptive-developmental research method which involved a documentary analysis of data inclusive of the existing faculty development program, the findings and recommendations of the PAASCU re-survey teams in the areas of Personnel and Instruction, and the results of the teachers\u27 evaluation given by the students, subject area coordinators, and the principal.
