This study develops an Administrative Development Program for the administrators of the Diocese of Ilagan, Isabela based on the result of the appraisal on the four general areas of Administrative Skills, Supervisory Skills, Professional Growth and Attitudes and School-Community Relationships. The descriptive method of research was used which involved the use of a research instrument, a Descriptive Survey Questionnaire which is originally made to suit the managerial skills of the principals in the Diocese of Ilagan, Isabela, and well-planned strategy for gathering, presenting and interpreting the data.
