The study aimed at identifying the degree of effectiveness of educational supervisors in improving the educational practices of the post-basic education school teachers in the Governorate of Dakhlya in the Sultanate of Oman. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire composed of 34 items was designed. After checking the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, it was administered to 63 male and female teachers. The degree of educational supervisors' effectiveness in improving the educational practices of the post-basic education school teachers was at the average level.
