This study aims at presenting a model of integrating instructional design represented by an instructional program into one of the most current electronic learning environment called (Moodle). The study will also measure the effect of this design on the achievement of university students. The participants of the study were 60 female and male students from the department of Educational Technology at the College of Education, University of Bahrain, during the academic year (2010-2009). This sample was divided into two groups: control group and experimental group.
