The current article aims to highlight the varied presentation and management of vallecular cysts. We report three children, aged four years, 11 months and three days, diagnosed with vallecular cyst presenting to the Chacha Nehru Bal Chikitsalaya hospital, New Delhi, India in 2018 and 2019. They were reviewed retrospectively for clinical presentation, diagnostic tools and treatment options. All three cases had respiratory and feeding difficulties. The diagnosis in all of the three cases was made with laryngoscopy (flexible/direct) and imaging.
