Abstract: The aim of this referential study was to distribute any information about sciences and information technology advancement about which such technology has currently very important roles, so that anyone masters the information technology he/she acquires the world at present time. If the local government concern this matter, it is this prosperious territory in which any information can be accesssed via internet networks. Moreover, the government can provide any information for foreign countries in order to attract the invi!stors will to invest their own money in such prosperious territory so that the local ad ministrative can increase local income as its capacities. When the government already provided internet networking, the territory will be easily able to control some aspects, particularly those in relation to national and local budgeting, including to another assets. In addition, the local authority can monitor the computer network available through internet. With internet infrastructure, the local authority, of course, helped its community in providing any important and valuable information. Concerning this matter, the government already increased their welfare, since suchfacilities could give business information at all, so that it will be able to improve public welfare.Keywords: Knowledge of information, technology and empowering governmen
