Some points on judging corn are shown to County Agent W. R. Sullivan of Holmes County by Dewitt C. Lundy (right) of Lexington, member of the original Holmes County boys\u27 corn club. Lundy was one of four Southern boys to win the first national award of a trip to Washington for corn improvement in 1909, and is the son of the late W. B. Lundy, pioneer county agent who supervised the first federally-sponsored boys\u27 work.
