This color postcard features a large naval battleship moving through the water surrounded by the smoke that\u27s billowing from the funnel/stacks on the ship. A postmark for Davenport, Iowa, March 13, 1910. The title in the upper left of the card reads U. S. Battleship Nebraska built by Moran Bros. Co. Seattle, Wash. and the description in the upper right reads Keel laid July 4th 02, accepted by U.S. Government July 18th 05. Copyright information is in the lower right. The back of the postcard identifies the item as a polychrome postcard made in Germany and provides publisher information. A green one cent postage stamp is placed in the upper right corner and the card is postmarked Seattle, Washington March 14, 1910.
