Letter, \u27\u27Sister Sallie\u27\u27 to Emmett Ross, telling him that she attended the wedding of one of Mr. Harris\u27s daughters. The groom was late because the roads were in such bad condition. She notes that the war hasn\u27t affected the number of marriages. She asks him what he thinks about the prospect of peace being declared in the spring.
