On the right is Doughties Furniture. Early twentieth century cars are parked on the left side of the street and people are on the sidewalks. The title in the top center reads 22nd Avenue, Looking South, Meridian, Miss. The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides publisher information. A green one cent postage stamp is placed in the upper right corner and the card is postmarked Meridian, Mississippi, February 9, 1914.
