This biography of Lincoln was the first in a projected series of inspirational exemplary biographies published for the working class. As indicated on the front wrapper and half-title, the series \u27 Obreros Ilustres or Illustrious Workers was a joint project of Corchado and Jose Feliu, noted Catalan journalist and author. The series was never realized, and subsequent biographies never appeared.
