La seguridad social de los migrantes en Ecuador frente a la protección de Organismos Internacionales.

This article analyzes the social security of migrants in Ecuador against the protection of International Organizations, under postulates of the Ecuadorian Constitution, Social Security Law, Labor Code and Organic Law of Human Mobility, and the position of International Organizations is strengthened . It is a documentary research with a non-experimental design and a qualitative approach. Among the findings, Ecuador and its laws establish the protection of migrants in a regular situation, and have access to social security, as proposed by International Organizations, without being extended to migrants in an irregular situation, contrary to what these organizations indicate, according to the principle of inclusion and non-discrimination, which avoids the violation of rights due to legal status.El presente artículo analiza la seguridad social de los migrantes en Ecuador frente a la protección de Organismos Internacionales, bajo postulados de la Constitución Ecuatoriana, Ley de Seguridad Social, Código del Trabajo y Ley Orgánica de Movilidad Humana, y se afianza la postura de Organismos Internacionales. Es una investigación documental con diseño no experimental y enfoque cualitativo. Entre los hallazgos, Ecuador y sus leyes consagran la protección a migrantes en situación regular, y tienen acceso a la seguridad social, como lo plantean Organismos Internacionales, sin ser extensivo a migrantes en situación irregular, contrario a lo que indican estos organismos, según el principio de inclusión y no discriminación, que evita la vulneración de derechos por la condición legal
