The effort to overcome the employee's intention to quit the company is a serious concern for companies in Lumajang Regency. The purpose of the research is to test the concept empirically, namely how retention management can provide satisfaction and commitment to company employees so that they do not have the intention to quit the company. The sample used as many as 37 people, namely all account officers in Lumajang district. The research method is the partial least square approach. The results show that the implementation of retention management is very effective in overcoming employees' intentions to quit the company.
