Kedudukan Wanita Dalam Hukum Keluarga Islam di Indonesia

This study aims to find out a number of women's rights that have been formulated in Islamic Family Law in Indonesia as a form of fiqh transformation into legislation. Then after knowing the rights of women will be analyzed the extent to which the rights of women in Islamic Family Law of Indonesia that raises the dignity of an Indonesian woman or gender justice. This research is qualitative. In accordance with the problems studied, then the form is descriptive-qualitative. Descriptive means that this research describes and explains systematically and factually about women's rights in family law as contained in the data sources, namely the jurisprudence books and Indonesian marriage legislation. This study found that Islamic family law in Indonesia contained in Law no. 1/1974 and KHI have sought to provide protection for the rights of women and children in family life. This can be seen from the regulation regarding the age limit of marriage, the existence of rules on the rights of women after the divorce
