FENOMENA GOLONGAN PUTIH PADA PEMILIHAN ANGGOTA LEGISLATIF TAHUN 2014 DI KABUPATEN KAPUAS

The aim of this research is to know (1) white group description in general election of member of legislative year 2014 at Kapuas Regency, and (2) factors that cause white group in legislative election year 2014 in Kapuas Regency. The data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interview and documentation. While the analytical technique used is qualitative analysis. The conclusion of the research result is (1) the image of golput in legislative election year 2014 in Kapuas Regency consists of ideological golput, political golput and pragmatic golput (2) While the factors that cause the golput consists of three factors, namely socio-economic factors, psychological factors and rational factors. Based on the above conclusions, it can be suggested: (1) to overcome ideological ideals can be done by improving the image of government in the eyes of society and persuasive approach, (2) to overcome political golput can be done by providing a more convincing representation of legislative candidates (3) to overcome pragmatic targets can be done by simultaneous general election of legislative members to overcome voter saturation, and continue to socialize and educate politics; (4) to overcome socio-economic factors; (5) to deal with psychological factors better if political parties that follow the electoral process improve the quality of cadres and the quality of political parties, and (6) to overcome the rational factors should be Kapuas District Election Comission continues to socialize and educate politics on the importance of political participation of the community, and cooperate with the Election Supervisory Board to take firm action against money politic practice
