METODE ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS DALAM SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PENENTUAN GURU BERPRESTASI

Abstract— In this paper the analysis of the criteria in the determination of outstanding teachers .Analysis techniques in determining the priority weight alternative uses models Analytical Hierarchy Process, which was developed by Dr. Thomas L. Saaty of the Wharton School of Business. Criteria used is discipline, responsibility, loyalty, and devices that affect the teaching of alternative priority on a global scale. Once the data is collected and the data can be processed using Expert Choice software assistance in 2000 . From the processing of data by using models Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the 2000 Expert Choice main obtained results, the highest priority in determining the strategic alternatives outstanding teachers are teacher D with value 0,274. Priority ranking second alternative is teacher E value 0,212, the third alternative priority rating is teacher F value 0,168 . Priority ranking fourth alternative is teacher B value 0,134 Then ranked five priority is teacher C value 0,107. While the lowest priority ranking is teacher A values 0,106.Intisari— Pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisa mengenai kriteria dalam penentuan guru berprestasi. Teknik analisa dalam menentukan bobot prioritas alternatif menggunakan model Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP), yang dikembangkan oleh Dr. Thomas L. Saaty dari Wharton School of Business. Kriteria yang digunakan sebagai penentuan guru berprestasi yaitu kedisiplinan, tanggung jawab, loyalitas, dan perangkat pengajaran. Setelah data terkumpul kemudian data tersebut dapat diolah dengan menggunakan bantuan software Expert Choice 2000. Dari pengolahan data dengan menggunakan model Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Expert Choice 2000 diperoleh hasil prioritas utama atau tertinggi alternatif strategis dalam penentuan guru berprestasi adalah guru D dengan bobot 0,274. Peringkat prioritas alternatif kedua adalah guru E (nilai bobot 0,212), Peringkat prioritas alternatif ketiga adalah guru F (nilai bobot 0,168). Kemudian peringkat keempat adalah guru B (nilai bobot 0,134). Prioritas kelima adalah guru C (nilai bobot 0,107). Berikutnya peringkat prioritas terendah adalah guru A (nilai bobot 0,106).Kata kunci : Model Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP), Penentuan Guru Berprestas
