This current descriptive correlational study is a replication of Dragone\u27s (1990) research. Three null hypotheses guided this current study. Ho1: There is no significant difference in degree of agreement between perceptions of the top five primary health care needs identified by chronically ill adolescents and their parents HOg: There is no difference in degree of agreement of perceptions of primary health care needs among early, middle, and late age groups of chronically ill adolescents.
