As globalization and technological advancements continue to change the way that our world is structured, they also present challenges to human rights and privacy. Through the use of a theoretical background and modern-day examples, this paper critically analyzes the way that these technological advancements have been utilized by organizations in the United States of America to spy on American citizens.
