The article describes the teaching evaluation practices in a Faculty of Business Sciences of a Peruvian public university; and compares its results with theoretical and empirical foundations. It systematizes documentary information of the teacher evaluation carried out in the first semester of 2020 and processes the information from a questionnaire applied to 700 students enrolled in that period, who evaluated three teachers who were in charge of the programmed sections. The questionnaire comprises three parts, performance evaluation, use of Classroom activities and use of computer resources; instrument that yielded a Cronbach index of 0.945.
