The purpose of this article is to identify the quality of service in the Local Educational Management Units, for this, a descriptive-transversal design was used; It is the result of the collection of similar works, where an analysis of the information collected was carried out, through the database of journals indexed with Scielo, Ridalyc, among others, later, these aspects found were compared and the gap was determined existing between perceptions and expectations. Concluding that, the quality of service is regular according to the attitude of the customers.
