This paper discusses regarding design and developmentof a simple, low cost, the prototype of an UnmannedSea Surface Vehicle (USSV). Prototype USSV using System onChip(SoC) can be developed which could be used for carryingout surveillance at sea and underwater survey operations.Afterimplementing autonomous control system this vehicle can be usedfor more complex operation such as Intelligence Surveillance andReconnaissance (ISR) operations.
