Teoria, lógica e interdisciplinaridade na argumentação jurídica

RESUMENLa teorí­a de la argumentación jurí­dica ha sido desarrollada ampliamente por la doctrina, en razón de lo cual, este artí­culo plantea un estudio recopilatorio de sus principales perspectivas dogmáticas, con la finalidad de contrastarlas y verificar su utilidad práctica al momento de construir argumentos jurí­dicos.
