Научная школа как коммуникационн ая основа развития знания. 1985—1991 гг. (на материалах Челябинской области)

In this article activity of schools of sciences as formal and informal structures ofscientists as a part of organizational construction of higher education institutionsis explored. Revealing the role of leaders and other representatives of these communities,the task to understand specifics of incipience and evolution of scientificideas in the process of individual and collective work of scientists and to examinethe role of schools of sciences as communication basis of development of knowledgeis set. In the end of the article it was concluded that interpersonal communicationsof scientists promoted establishment of conditions for receiving new knowledge,formation of scientific personnel and weakening of disintegrationВ статье исследуется деятельность научных школ как формальных инеформальных образований ученых в составе организационной структурывузов. Раскрывая роль лидеров и других представителей этих сообществ,ставится задача понять специфику зарождения и эволюции научных идейв процессе индивидуальной и коллективной работы ученых и рассмотретьроль научных школ как коммуникационной основы развития знания. В за-ключении сделан вывод о том, что межличностные коммуникации ученыхспособствовали созданию условий для получения нового знания, становлениянаучных кадров и ослабления дезинтеграции
