Motivation of this study is to verify system safety analysis of HAVELSAN Peace Eagle Program developed hardware items for Ground Support Systems. A preliminary hazard analysis for each of the hardware developed items are performed and safety hazard analysis models are constructed with risk assessment of hazards based on their probability of occurrences for future operational and maintenance activities.
