This study embarks upon analyzing the relationship between the society of the spectacle and the genre of architectural manifesto and construes the transformation of the genre with the change occurred within the society of the spectacle. In order to understand this very relationship, the society of the spectacle has been considered as the raison d'etre of the genre due to the argument that the genre is a result of these culminations perpetuated to have been occurred within the spectacular society.
