POLY(3-PHENYL AZOPYRROLE)S - A NEW CLASS OF CONDUCTING POLYMERS IN THE POLY(PYRROLE) SERIES

Several monosubstituted 3-arylazopyrrole derivatives were synthesized for the first time. The oxidation potentials were correlated to the Hammett constants of the substituents.
