The biological diversity of jumping spiders (Araneae: Salticidae) present in two species of bromeliads (Guzmania musaica and Werauhia sanguinolenta) in Altos de Campana National Park, Panama province, was studied. Sampling was performed manually and randomly in 60 plants of two species of bromeli- ads, positioned between zero to two meters above the ground, for a period of six months of the rainy season (June to December 2013 ) and three months of the dry season (January to March 2014). The total number of individuals col- lected was 112, belonging to 11 subfamilies, 23 genera and 33 species of jump- ing spiders that use these two species of bromeliads as habitats, places of ref- uge, feeding, reproduction and interaction.
