A misericórdia com os demais a partir da misericórdia com Deus

This article wishes to bring forward the possibility, rarely theologically considered, of someone having some sort of mercy towards his neighbours that is also sustained by his mercy towards God. To achieve this aim, exposed in the latter of this study – particularly through the image of uncrucifying our neighbour and, at the same time, the God-that-is-only-Love present in this one –, the author assembles different argumentative strategies. Namely: biblical and theological reflections on the meaning of having compassion and mercy towards God; the refutations of some traditional “ontological” and “psychological” objections to divine possibility; and some information taken from the Christian mystical tradition.Este artigo visa apresentar a possibilidade, raramente cogitada teologicamente, de uma misericórdia para com os demais enquanto sustentada igualmente numa misericórdia para com Deus. Para realizar tal desígnio, consumado na última parte do presente estudo – sobretudo através da figura do descrucificar conjunto do próximo e do Deus-Amor presente neste –, o autor agrega diferentes estratégias argumentativas. A saber: reflexões bíblico-teológicas sobre o sentido de uma compaixão e de uma misericórdia para com Deus; a refutação de tradicionais objeções “ontológicas” e “psicológicas” acerca da passibilidade divina; e alguns dados provindos da tradição mística cristã
