The assessorship has been proposed by some of the schools that are Educational Territories of Priority Intervention (TEIP) as a way to contribute to a signifi cant change in the work done by teachers with students and thus to contribute towards improving the educational success of these. The pedagogical assessorship that is studied in this text is the one that takes forms of support and cooperation that a teacher of the same scientific area provides to another in the exercise of part or all of the work done with a school class.
