This study aims to determine how much the difference in nickel content on the mining front and stockpile and to determine the factors that cause differences in levels. The method used consists of literature studies, field research and laboratory analysis. The results showed that the Ni content in the mining front in January was 1.81% on average, and the concentration in the January stockpile was 1.77%. The difference in nickel ore content is influenced by the spread of the ore that is not homogeneous, topographical conditions, and impurities in the nickel ore
