Actinomycetes are Gram positive bacteria that able to produce bioactive compounds e.g antifungal compound. Exploration of this bacteria has been done in terrestrial environment. Therefore, it is necessary to explore new bioactive compounds-producing actinomycetes from various environments, such as mangrove ecosystem. This research aims to know the inhibitory percentage of antifungal extract of actinomycetes against plant pathogenic fungi (Fusarium sp., Rhizoctonia solani.,Sclerotium rolfsii).
