Study of household poverty expenditure based on 14 poverty indicators of BPS in Candinata Village Kutasari Sub-District Purbalingga Regency

This research title is Study of Household Poverty Expenditure Based on 14 Poverty Indicators of BPS in Candinata Village Kutasari Sub-District, Purbalingga Regency. This research aims to find out the effect of education level, type of work, per capita income, number of family dependents and asset ownership on household poverty and to find out the classification of poor households in Candinata Village, Kutasari District, Purbalingga District. The type of data used in this study is primary data and secondary data then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research are indicate that the variables that have a positive and significant effect on household poverty are income per capita and the number of family members. Based on the results of a survey conducted in Candinata Village Kutasari Sub-District Purbalingga Regency, it was found that there were 3 households included in the classification of Very Poor Households (RTSM) which had 13-14 poverty variables, there were 15 households included in the Household classification Poor (RTM) which has 11-12 poverty variables and there are 76 households that enter the Near Poor Household (RTHM) which have 9-10 poverty variables. The implication of this research is that the government needs to provide training in terms of increasing the resources and income of rural people who earn income as sugar collectors and the government also needs to provide information counseling on family planning (KB) to reduce the rate of birth to people who are married and still teenagers to reduce family burden
