Strategy For Development Of Lanting Kuning Small Industries In Sumpiuh Subregency, Banyumas Regency

This research is entitled "The Strategy of Developing Yellow Lanting Small Industries in Sumpiuh Subdistrict, Banyumas Regency". This study examines small and medium industries engaged in food supply and is located in Sumpiuh District, Banyumas Regency. This study aims to analyze the BEP (Break Even Point), the level of economic efficiency, internal and external environmental conditions, and alternative strategies for developing small yellow lanting industries in Sumpiuh District, Banyumas Regency. This study uses the census method. Respondents in this study were sixteen yellow lanting entrepreneurs in Sumpiuh District, Banyumas Regency. The analytical tools used in this study are the BEP formula, business efficiency (B / C Ratio), IFE Matrix, EFE matrix, IE matrix, and SWOT matrix. The results of the analysis show that the sixteen yellow lanting entrepreneurs in Sumpiuh Subdistrict, Banyumas Regency have reached BEP on the basis of a price of IDR 7,600 and on a unit basis of 258 kilograms, whereas the calculation of B / C Ratio shows that the sixteen lanting yellow entrepreneurs in Sumpiuh District Banyumas is efficient or worth continuing, this is evidenced from the value of B / C Ratio> 1 with an average value of R/C Ratio of 2.09. Based on the yellow lanting IFE matrix in Sumpiuh Subdistrict, Banyumas District showed a score of 3.65, and the EFE matrix showed a score of 3.66, so in the IE matrix the small industry internal and external conditions of yellow lanting showed cell one, where the best strategy could be a growth strategy and the development in which the cell implementation strategy can be carried out is an intensive and integrative strategy
