The study was on application of education law in the administration of public junior secondary schools in Rivers State. Some literatures that are relevant to the study were reviewed. Three research questions were raised to guide the conduct of the study, and three null hypotheses were postulated statistically tested at 0.05 level of significance. In a rank order, the mean and standard deviation were used in analyzing the three research questions and the z-test statistic was used to analyse or test the hypotheses of the study. The instrument for data collection was a questionnaire that was structured on 4 point scaling Patern of Likert. The instrument was validated by some experts in educational management.
