Evaluation of the relationship of birds species with recreation areas in the central district of duzce province

Ekolojik dengenin bozulması ile yaban hayatı, mevcut habitatında parçalanmalar ve habitatın tamamen yok olması ile karşı karşıya kalmıştır. Değişen yaşama ortamı koşullarına adapte olan canlı türleri yaşamlarını devam ettirirken adapte olamayan canlı türleri ise alandan tamamen uzaklaşmaktadır. Düzce ili Merkez ilçesinde bulunan Ali Hamza Parkı, Avni Akyol Parkı, İsmet İnönü Parkı, Kent Park, Melensu Parkı ve Muncurlu Gölet Park örnek alanlar olarak belirlenerek yaban hayatı için gösterge konumunda olan kuş türleri tespit edilip örnek alanlar ile ilişkileri incelenmiştir. Örnek alanlara altı aylık süreçte her hafta gidilerek kuş türleri ve kuş türlerine ait birey sayıları hat boyu ve noktasal gözlem yöntemleri ile tespit edilerek habitat ögeleri ile ilişkileri ve kuş türleri ve birey sayılarına bağlı olarak PAST 4 ve SPSS 22 yazılımları ile araştırma alanlarının kuş türleri açısından biyolojik çeşitlilik değerleri değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda kentleşmeye adapte olan kaya güvercini Columba livia (Kaya güvercini), Passer domesticus (Serçe), Corvus corone (Leş kargası) gibi bazı kuş türleri popülasyonlarının arttığı, bu yüksek popülasyon karşısında bazı kuş türlerinin ise alanda az bulunduğu veya alanı hiç tercih etmedikleri, baskın olan Columba livia (Kaya güvercini), Corvus corone (Leş kargası) gibi kuş türlerinin çevreye olumsuz etkilerinin olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Alanda bulunan kuş türlerinin korunması, baskın olan kuş türlerine ait populasyonun kontrol altında tutularak çevreye verdikleri zararın en aza indirgenmesine yönelik önlemler ve diğer türlerin alanları kullanabilmesi için gereken habitat yapısının sağlanması için öneriler sunulmuştur.In Turkey, after the half of the twentieth century, with rapidly increasing urbanization, environmental balance disorders were formed.
