The historical development of the system is shown from the beginning unto 2001. Several picked important problems are discussed ( i.e. small stages - character and importance of the directors and their influence on the demand ) and tested ba statistical methods. The development of the subsidies leads to the "coefficient of transfer and allocation". Development of demand and supply is discussed in respect of forms of theatre such as opera, drama etc and kinds of tickets. Another new coefficient is the "Performing Arts Indicator", which enables to compare economic similiar theatres. Finally the menace of the system is deternined
