INVENTARIO DE CONOCIMIENTO EN EL OBSERVATORIO CIENTÍFICODE CIENCIAS EMPRESARIALES

Learning is the path to success for organizations, for which they need to manage their intangible assets, among which knowledge stands out. The development of knowledge management with a process approach, aimed at meeting the strategic objectives of the organization, is a way of proceeding with great validity and relevance. To determine the knowledge that is lacking, the sources and the knowledge flows capable of contributing value to the processes and the organization, constitutes a tool of continuous improvement. The objective of this research is to propose a portfolio of high-level information analysis products and services for the scientific observatory of a university, to strengthen its link with companies and disseminate the scientific results of its researchers. For what is analyzed the state of the art of knowledge management and knowledge audit based on: definitions, tools and methodologies; and the knowledge is audited to determine the information products and services to be developed.Aprender es el camino hacia el éxito de las organizaciones, para lo que necesitan gestionar sus activos intangibles, entre los que se destaca el conocimiento. El desarrollo de la gestión del conocimiento con enfoque de proceso, encaminado al cumplimiento de los objetivos estratégicos de la organización, resulta una manera de proceder de gran vigencia y actualidad. Determinar los conocimientos que faltan, las fuentes y los flujos de conocimiento capaces de aportarles valor a los procesos y a la organización, constituye una herramienta de mejora continua. El objetivo de la presente investigación consiste en proponer una cartera de productos y servicios de alto nivel de análisis de información para el observatorio científico de una universidad, que permita fortalecer su vínculo con las empresas y la divulgación de los resultados científicos de sus investigadores. Para lo que se analiza el estado del arte de la gestión del conocimiento y la auditoría del conocimiento en base: definiciones, herramientas y metodologías; y se audita el conocimiento para determinar los productos y servicios de información a desarrollar
