Turnover is a big issue for an organization, leading to the loss of talent and financial costs based on the organization’s investment in human capital and decreased productivity. In this research, we examined the impact of three HR practices on employee well-being, job performance and turnover intentions in professional workers at PT ABC. Employee well-being in this study involved two perspectives: psychological well-being and physical well-being. This study also examined the impact of employee well-being on retention.
