Objective: Toxicity analysis in patients of locally advanced head and neck carcinoma (LAHNC) when induction chemotherapy (InCT) with TPF (docetaxel, carboplatin, 5-fluorouracil) is followed by concomitant chemoradiotherapy (CCRT) in one arm, and accelerated radiation therapy (RT) in other arm.
